Yeah me either, but have you try to change your security type to "swipe" and then remove your biometrical data then restart and register again?

Hey, give this a try: 

 

Go To:
1.    Settings
2.    Apps
3.    3 Vertical Dots
4.    Show System Apps
5.    Fingerprint
6.    Force Stop
7.    Storage
8.    Clear Cache and Data

hi o tried this but I'm still getting this massage. 'An error has occurred with the fingerprint sensor. If this message appears repeadly, restart your device'. nothing has worked so far

Does this issue occur when the device is in safe mode?
