I am having the same issue. I recently changed my cracked screens at the sprint store and when I got my phone back it was no longer working. I tried all of the options you have provided. Still nothing. Does anyone have any other ideas? I am too busy to go to the repair store.

S8+ here. Also just had the screen replaced at a Sprint store on Wednesday. Removed fingerprints prior to giving them my phone. Fingerprint scanner hasn't worked since it was returned. I've tried all solutions listed here and am still having the same error.

@userDZl3J0HMGY I would suggest going back to the Sprint store that you had the repair completed at and have them reevaluate the device.

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. They replaced my screen and battery and now fingerprint scanner doesn’t work.

i am not able to use my fingerprint sensor...i restart the phone several times but still shows the same problem...
Anybody knows what can i do

@userIR9HK3dEhf Have you tried performing a software update and confirming that you have the most recent software running on the device?
