I can complete outbound calls no problem, but inbound calls are a different story. 95% of inbound calls I receive no notification for and there is no history of it in my call log. But I'll get the voicemail notification (if they leave one). It does work occasionally, usually once someone tries calling me 3-4 times in a row. Any ideas? I've reset network setting and restarted at least 10 times, next step is a full factory reset, but I'm trying to avoid doing that.
Additional info: SMS works fine, as does data. I use Google Voice as my voicemail, so my phone is setup to auto forward to Google Voice for voicemails, not the Verizon voicemail system.

problem solved!!! Sprint store fixed mine in 3 minutes.
1) first he did an update: ##873283#
2) turn on WiFi calling
3) try an incoming call (it worked for me!)
4) turn off WiFi calling (it worked for me!)
