S8 not sending text

Recently my s8 is not sending texts to certain contacts. I can receive all texts but cant send to some. Help!

Here are a few steps you can try, if you haven't already, to resolve this issue.

 

-Restart your device. Restarting is a great way to refresh the network functionality of an Android device.

 

-Clear cache partition:

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
  4. Press the Volume down key to highlight “wipe cache partition.”
  5. Press the Power key to select.
  6. Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.
  7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
  8. Press the Power key to restart the device

-Reseat your SIM card. 

 

-Delete messaging app data:

  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Find and tap messaging app.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Data button

Hey, can we try these steps first, "reset network settings" and rebooting the system follow steps below,

 

Reset network settings:By doing this, you’re resetting all data connections back to the factory defaults. The Wi-Fi, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc. will be returned to their default values.

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
  3. Tap Reset settings.
  4. If you have set up a PIN, enter it.
  5. Tap Reset settings. Once complete a confirmation window will appear.

Unfortunately i tried both solutions and nothing. All.the recent updates have really messed with my phone.
