STILL can't do two-step verification (guess I may have to switch products)

I have been trying to find a resolution for not being able to receive a text to setup two-step verification. Without that, I am unable to access several of the Samsung products, which in my mind is a part of what I am paying for when I purchased this phone. I assume since there is no resolution, I just need to look at other products. Too, bad. I guess providing customer service just isn't a priority anymore.

Are you sure it's sending the code to the correct phone number? And do you have data enabled on the phone?
