Safe mode/volume button not workking

My Samsung galaxy s8 edge has put itself into safe mode twice...managed 2 get it off the 1st time...this time am stuck...4days on n av followed all online instructions...cant get through to speak  2 any1 on o2 whom are ma providers...wot can a do???

It sounds like the button could be stuck, I'd recommending taking it to your local uBreakiFix for an evaluation: https://www.ubreakifix.com/locations

that phone is pretty old perhaps upgrading will be a better experience
