Another week of nothing being done on their end... They said they are "checking with the warehouse" ... This will be the 4th or 5th time they've done that now.

@user0SJudZjV8e right, nothing can be done immediately for you. They have to lead you around Robin Hood's barn and then tell you it was actually all a wild goose chase. Smiley Sad

I got a refund on the Gear VR. Now I am waiting on upper management to make a decision on the phone. Something about a "no-credit disposition" and how they handle them.

Final Update:

I FINALLY GOT MY REFUND! It's been 11 months, but I finally got my refund and I don't think that would have happened if I didn't go onto this forum and call them out. If this ever happens to anyone in the future, do not count on the eCommerce team to help you. Post everywhere you can and pursue every avenue you can. This community CS team helped me more than the 30+ eCommerce team did. Big thank you to them.

Guys any aidea what to do ? is been over a year i am triying to deal with samsung team , every employ there tells you different. promise to solve the issue and call you back but nothing , it is all a lie .
