Ive recently lost my s8
im trying to access or restore the files there to my old s6 or windows laptop
i had luck starting the restore to my s6 after installing secure folder there and signing in to samsung account ! but throughout the process something went wrong and stopped restoring ! the error message said some files were lost ! but i stil see the same size of the files on the samsung cloud photo below! and when i start the restore again it says the restore is completed immediately after doing nothing !
what can i do to restore those files !!
