"Failed" to send in group chat S8

I have ONE particular group message on my S8 that I cannot respond to! It gives me a failed - cannot send message. I can respond to other group chats aside from this. I have cleared app data and rest network settings and preferences and nothing. Please help!

Same here on s9. Itll let me respond for a few minutes after a restart

I have been experiencing the very same problem with my 9S+. I must restart my phone then my group messages will send. Why is this happening?
