I have a Galaxy S9+ ( SM-G965UZDAXAA ) (Unlocked)
Yesterday, I recieved an update to Android 10 Baseband Version G965U1UEU7DTA5 and my LED notifications do not work anymore. This is definitely a software update bug as I have gone thru all of there troubleshooting steps and a Factory Data Reset.
I've tried every solution available to my knowledge and with an online chat with a Samsung Rep. Still does not work. It's a software update bug that Samsung needs to fix.
It used to work before Android 10 on my note 10 plus. But now I tried every possible setting and it still isn't working. I think Samsung may issue an update. I agree that samsung needs to improve customer experience. Products are great but each time the operating system is updated we loose some features till patches or fixes are introduced
Same here... after Android 10 update, LED notification do not work anymore. I did Factory Reset - not helpfull. I booted phone in Safe mode - not helpfull.
I discovered, it has some connection to EdgeLighting. If Edge Lighting is Off, LED notification is not working at all.
If EdgeLighting is On, than for supported apps by EdgeLighting, LED is working, too (ex. Viber, Messages...), but it doesn work for Missed call.
Hope, Samsung will make quick update and solution for that LED notification issue.
P.S: I am in/from Europe
P.S2: Sorry for my english
