Recently I noticed some changes. Apps were added with out my permission. Like MCM Client, Mobile Installer, Carrier Hub and Work Profile, just to name a few... I also need to know why I can not turn off SharedDeviceKeyguard in the background? I also think my phone was linked to Micosoft screen share without my permission as well... have I been hacked?

@760Manny Carrier Hub is a Sprint app. I would reach out to Sprint.

I ended up performing a factory reset on 1/22 because I wanted to see how these apps would run.
