I have been waiting, asking and chatting. Just to get an update or some information. I really wish you all "samsung" would not do this to loyal customers. I feel like an "it is coming" or "we discontinued it" is the least you can do. I mean at this point I am so frustrated with the lack of communication I am considering switching all together..... not happy at all.
We can understand your frustration and our deepest apologies , However at this time we cannot speculate about future releases.
Not an acceptable answer! It's simple, yes a new generation Active will come or no it will not. Someone at Samsung knows the answer. Find them! At this point, it has become apparent that Samsung has ZERO loyalty to its loyal customers. Many of us have been loyal to Samsung since before the Active devices. Unfortunately, the time is nearing when many of us will seek rugged elsewhere. Very near for me personnaly. I can guarantee once I reach that point, my loyalty will reside elsewhere from that point forward!
