So, I bought a refurbished Galaxy S9+ off Amazon back in May to use with my Straight Talk "Bring your own phone" plan that I have been using for years. Anytime I try to update the software on this phone, it starts to install, the phone restarts and before it completely turns back on it loads with a little android figure and then stops at 27% and says "error while updating." I always keep in mind while buying a refurbished phone that there will be problems. I'm hoping somebody has a solution, or whether or not this is something I can even fix. I've tried using SmartSwitch on my laptop but have had no luck, I've tried wiping the cache, same result. My last resort is a factory reset unless I get some help. I'm at my wits end with this. Thanks in advance!
