I origionally aquired my Samsung Galaxy S9 through T-Mobile. We moved and essentially lost coverage so we switched to Verizon. With T-Mobile updates were never an issue...since I switch to Verizon, update are nonexisitant. Below are steps that I have taken and software versions.
What am I missing??
