Find my mobile not working

Hi!

My Samsung Galaxy S9 is not found by https://findmymobile.samsung.com

It works fine with my S6, but cannot get a solutoin that it finds the S9. The device is connected to internet, but it constantly shows that the device is offline. 

All settings are allowed, except "Remote unlock", because when I try to enable, the phone asks for the PIN, I enter it, but the function is still disabled.

Any idea what could be the problem?

For the sake of testing, I tried it on my Note10 and it shows all info and I can do a lot of things including remote unlock.

Does it show when your S9 was last time online?

Are you sure that your Samsung Account is still on your S9?

Have you tried to use another browser to access find my mobile site?

No, it does not show anything about this device.

Yes, my Samsung account is on the device. I have even tried to log in and log out to see if that helps, but no.

I have tried even to find the phone on the same device as I'm trying to find and on my PC in Firefox and Chrome.

Try Google version of "find my device" 

https://www.google.com/android/find

Also you can try to contact Samsung, but for Europe as you have an international device, but this forum is for US models.

Thanks. Google find my device is working, but I the Samsung one is having more features which I'd like to use.

Could you help how to contact Samsung for Eu?
