Galaxy S9+ blank screen after locking

Phone works perfectly but if locking the screen it will sit at a blank screen and have to wait about 2 minutes before it will come back up. Habital feedback is still present on the blank screen.

Device has been Factory reset from within the Phone itself and also via the master reset function at boot.

The phone has never been dropped or submerged in any liquid. Just started do this after a recent update a few weeks ago.

Any ideas of what i can do with this?

Don't unlock the screen using power button or Bixby button fingerprint or the home screen 'button'

Set always on display and double tap the screen to 'wake it' then unlock using pattern or finger print or w h y
