I've had my galaxy S9 since it released and I was able to get the first update earlier this year but it won't update to the lasted version. I've cleared my cashe and restarted my phone. It stops at 30% and restarts. Samsung wanted me to go to a 3rd party store but it would've voided my contract with my Sprint insurance. Glad I didn't do it. I think I should've kept my S8 smh. Am I the only one going through this?
