All updates are pushed through the service provider. If an update has not been received, you need to reach out to your service provider for additional assistance.
My phone hasnt updated since August 2018 as well. I thought I was the only one. It always prompts me to update my software like every few weeks since then but gets to 30 percent and crashes and says there was an error. My service provider is AT&T who says system updates are from samsung and I need to reach out to them. This seems like it's a broader issue, so I hope samsung has reported this to corporate to come up with a resolution for their customers. Can someone please reach out and help me?
