hello samsung family. I ask for help, I bought a samsung galaxy s9 + in China and I live in Africa (Mozambique) and the version of my device is SM-G965U and it still has Android 8.0 and does not accept upgrade. What do I do?

Typically you will need to speak with your carrier. As it is a non-US model the mods here wouldn't have much as far as troubleshooting or anything. You are welcome to reach out to the support team in your area here: https://www.samsung.com/cn/support/#contactus

I would try downloading Samsung Switch to a PC and upgrade via USB connection.
