IMS SERVICE is not working

Since I changed to a Australia Sim Card a message of a IMS service is not working is appearing all the time, also my mobile is really slow now. I tried many things, follow instructions of many youtubers nothing works. Now it seems it is a problem of this Samsung S9 version. Can anyone assist me?
