IMS Service keeps stopping

Updated my S9+ yesterday and now getting IMS Service keeps stopping as well as batter drain.all the same issues are happening. I have tried all suggestions, including checking if it happens in safe mode (it does), clearing the caches, factory reboot, still not working. 

Samsung please help and provide link to the previous OS that works

You are not alone...(see links below) if you get another sim card(different carrier), the phone may behave properly or if you remove the sim card. Yesterday I gave suggestions to a person, but it didn't work for him. 

Try if it does anything good to your phone:

 

Go to settings>apps>tap 3 dots on top right and select show system apps...search or find IMS service in the list.  Tap on it, go to storage and clear data.  See if it resolves anything(restart your phone at this point might be good too)

 

You may find other IMS items in that list, you can clear data on these items too only IF clearing data on IMS service didn't help

I upated to latest update today and getting the same issue.Literally my mobile is useless right now. Can you please help me with it.
