I was wondering if by any chance there was a may to mute just my ringtone as samsung. As it is kind of annoying that my notifications mute when I mute my ringtone. I just want to hear my notifications if that is at all possible. Like during work, as I would rather hear my Snapchat, but not hear my ringtone as I don't want to get in trouble.
Press the volume button up or down. When the slider appears, tap the caret at the end to expand the list and control different volume sliders independently.

Open the quick settings panel. Long press on the speaker icon it opens the sounds and vibration settings menu. Select Ringtone and set it to silent. This doesn't effect the notifications, media or system sound notification volume.
If you use Bixby or Google device assistance apps you might be able to set up a voice command to change the ringtone to silent.
