Mobile Data Not Working After Dec. 30. 2020 Update

I updated my S9 on Dec. 31, 2020 and now the mobile data is not working. Phone calls have also been on and off. I am on the AT&T 3G (Cingular APN) since my plan is grandfathered and is not compatible with 4G/5G data plans. AT&T believes my issue is due to the Samsung update.

Also wanted to add that AT&T replaced my sim card which did not fix the problem. Mobile data is still showing as "Disconnected".

I'm having the same issues something to do with the APN im using a galaxys10 note plus

I'm having the same issue and I'm getting irritated because it worked fine before the update.

similar with my unlocked S9 on sprint.
did the update on 12/31 and since only have 4G LTE. 4G LTE+ is gone.
download speeds went from 100 Mbps - 140 Mbps to 3Mbps - 4Mbps.
