you could try to clear out your carriers apps i.e. verizon, t mobile, att, etc. ..it sounds like theres a problem with the radios that control connection to the towers. check to see if any of those built in Carrier apps need updated. Normally after a Devices system update the carriers issue an app update so it plays well with the new system. Hope That Helps
