My phone rings, but there is no phone icon or page to answer it with. Opening the phone app shows nothing happening. It will show up as a missed call in call history after the person hangs up.
I just spent three + hours with Sprint and Samsung and they haven't ever heard of this, have no idea how to fix it and their only suggestion is a Hail Mary factory reset with no guarantees that will fix the problem.
Any suggestions would be welcome. I figured out how to answer with the up volume button, but would like the icon and related info on the caller to work.
