I have a Samsung S9+ with the latest Dec ''19 update. When I setup Samsung Email app for O365/Exchange account, it syncs my email and contacts, but not ALL my contacts. It seems to ONLY sync the contacts in my organization, but none of my external or frequently used email addresses are coming across from O365 when I start typing email/contacts in a new email.
I have the Outlook app installed and ALL of the email contacts are showing up when I write an email. I made sure in the App settings of Outlook and Email under permissions that Contacts are on. Is this a known issue between O365 and Samsung Email?
