Samsung Galaxy S9+ One UI update goes straight to Android Recovery? Won't turn on?

JUMP TO SOLUTION

I'm on T-Mobile. Today I got the notification that a new update was available when I woke up. So I let it update, and when I came back to it I saw that the phone had gone into Android Recovery. If I try restarting it, it gives me an error and restarts and kind of loops. If I try shutting it down, it just goes back to recovery mode. I tried clearing the cache and it's still the same. Any advice?
