I sent my S9 in for repair, it arrived in Texas repair facility on 07/12/2018.
2 days later they finished the repair and sent it out but the adress in the system was wrong so they had to request that UPS returned the package to their repair center which is in McAllen, Texas. They received the return on 07/17/2018.
Since then, they are holding my phone and whenever i called the samsung's customer line, they are not supportive at all.They said there's nothing they can do, they can't contact the repair center and always tell me to wait 2 more business days. It's been like this since 2 weeks now and i called them like 14 times now since all of this.
I'm at a loss, and it's been almost 1 month and i really need my cellphone.
