Screen Burn in S9+

Bought my phone March 16, 2018 - release date.

Now I'm having 3 several pink lines since June 1, 2019. I talked to chat support and told me I'm out of warranty coverage since May 27, 2019 and they won't cover it.  This is a DEFECT with OLED and how is it not covered when it's the manufacturer's fault, not a user error.

As loyal customer this is very disappointing and as much as I like Samsung phones it's time to switch since you're not taking responsibility for your defect.

Re: Screen Burn in S9+

What you are talking about is actual damage done to the control cable for the AMOLED panel hence why you see pink lines, it's not sending  signals right so you get that cross talk in which case is the pink lines. You only have 3 which isn't horrible but still needs fixed. I'm surprised Samsung didn't bend over backwards for you since that is clearly a hardware defect out of youre control and any device that has been owned less than 12 consecutive months falls under the default hardware manufacturing warranty every electronic device Carries.
