My Screen Moving Ultra Fast And Tapping Is Getting Harder. It's like I Have Two Screens On Top Of Each Other. Swapping Is Fast To. PLEASE Can Someone Help. THANKS

If you have the developer options enabled it sounds like you have the animation scales turned off. Turning them off gives the appearance that your phone is super fast when transitioning between apps, one screen to another, etc

Go to about phone, find the build number, and tap it fast 7 times, dev options will be enabled.

For the hard tapping go to settings>>>>display>>>>sensitivity and enable it
