I have S9+, it's Tmobile unlocked. I switched to Sprint December 2019. My last software update was December 2019 before switching the carrier by 2 weeks. After switching, I didn't receive any update, not even a security update. I contacted Sprint, and they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung and they told me to contact Sprint. I did again, and they couldn't solve the problem. They opened a ticket, and it's still open, what should I do?
