Hi i got S9 and currently in NZ, every time i click to update software is give me message "Process Failed" i went to Samsung NZ and they said i need to talk to Samsung USA, but i dont have facility to call USA support number, and Text message is not going from NZ.
can i please reqeust someone help me, email address of support team.
the device start breaking aslo not supporting some of the apps.
