Samsung you need to do something, phone is now legit unusable ims service keeps stopping why would you force our phone for an update and leaving it completely useless.
I got the same problem with the august 1st update patch on my s10+ . The only way i can use the mobile is with out the sim in it ! Once if i pop the sim in it , straight-away phone becomes unresponsive and the battery dies in 1 hr and phone takes 31hrs and 47 mins to full charge.
I tried getting in touch with samsung support and they wouldn't respond!
Hi Samsung Support Team,
I updated my Samsung S9, running Android version 9, with latest released update dated 1st Aug 2019.
And, since then below are listed issues experienced:
1. IMS Service Keeps Stopping
2. The response of actions is very slow.
3. High Battery consumption. 100% battery lasts only for 30mins.
4. Slow charging of battery.
5. Call disconnections
6. IVR systems not detecting Keyad entries
For all of the above, i have already attempted a "Factory Reset", however all of the above issues still exists.
Requesting a solution ASAP.
Every single person on the planet probably knows about this issue and I am sure Samsung does to. There were few thread where I saw Samsung people getting some info to build a report and escalate it to the appropriate management/team

I am getting the same problem. Contacted both Samsung US and Australia. Did factory reset, which didnt help. Does anyone know what's going on with it now?
Juat letting you all know- woke up this morning (16/9/19) and my phone is back to normal, dont know how or what happend, I guess samsung did something on their side....
