Just updated my phone, now my messaging app is stuck on this oversized screen that will not shrink down to normal size, to be able to hit the Get Started link.
Tried a restart, and checking the messaging app settings, but neither helped.

That didn't work either. I had a friend text me a new message to see if that would unlock it, or clear out that screen, and it worked. Thanks for all the help.

Are you using the stock messaging app or is it a messenger system such as Facebook?
This is the stock text message app that comes on the phone.
Have you tried signing out of your Samsung Account and signing back in? Are you able to scroll down on the terms of service?
Signing in and out did not work, and the screen does not let you scroll down or shrink it smaller. I can click on the terms of service link, and scroll down, but once I accept, it goes right back to this screen I posted the picture of.
Please go to Settings>Apps>Messages, then Force Stop, then tap Memory and Clear Cache.
I'm glad to hear that! You are welcome.
Same issue here but I get the same screen when going to Chat Settings. I did all the above and still stuck on zoomed in screen.
@userLAZ98TY54I Does this still happen in safe mode?
