Sometime between yesterday morning and last night, my watch stopped tracking battery usage.  It's ticking down the battery at its normal rate, but when I check the battery usage statistics, it says there's no app usage.  How is that even possible?  I am currently running a timer.  Besides the timer, the assistants (even though I don't use them) are running in the background.  I did a simple reboot last night, and charged the watch this morning, hoping it would unglitch whatever is glitching, but it's the same.  The Wear app shows the same - no app usage.  There was no update of any kind, it just stopped tracking.  Should I clear the cache partition?

All 3 of my watches did this. Factory reset all of them to get it back.

WCP didn't solve the problem.

I'm not really sure I care enough to go that far.  It would really only be concerning to me if my battery was discharging at an unexpected rate.  I'll see how it goes.  This is the first time this ever happened on any of my watches.  I'll put in an error report and see what results.

Resetting a watch takes 20 minutes at best, it's not big deal.

I did get Blood Pressure installed on my watches. Works perfectly, pretty accurate.

Put in an error report. Mine is back to working normally without a reset. I don't know why. Maybe they pushed a patch to me after my error report.

Just spent the last 30 minutes or so going around the Samsung site support section (to be fair a different country one it forces me too, the NL/EU one, not this US one) and i just cant do error/bug reports it seems.

I can sign up the device for a physical repair appointment, wich is "a few bridges too far" i think, but even that isn't really possible because when i try describe my problem trough the provided forms it only gives me two choices, not charging or short battery life, there is no way to report software issues or more specifically issues with the battery usage statistics ๐Ÿคทโ€

I'll just wait a few weeks and hope for the best i guess, worse comes to worse a reset obviously doesnt take that much effort, i would've rather just not done that because i spent like 2 weeks changing minor settings suggested in all kinds of guides to squeeze ~48h of battery life out of the thing, but i already forgot half of what i did ๐Ÿคญ

They won't be able to repair it at a repair center, it needs a patch from the developers.  To be truthful, I don't know if I actually received patch, my battery uses stats came back after a couple of weeks after I had to reboot the watch for some reason.  Then I noticed the battery statistics were back.  I do believe that I had a specific patch, though.  Put in an error report here:  https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
