My Active 2 LTE is continuously saying "Cooling".
The battery keeps draining and after having it on charge for 5 Minutes the Battery went from 22% to 9%.
I have since tried resetting the watch, but it still does the same thing. I have tried to make a call from the watch but the call just gets dropped and the watch goes into cooling mode.
I have disabled the following:
4. Dropped thescreen brightness and closed all apps
But it still occurs. when using LTE.....
I had the same problem with the original galaxy watch LTE. I assumed you guys had fixed the issue like you said you would. Would seem not.
Not happy will be looking for a full refund.
