I've been using an Active 2 watch for several months, but I have to take it off because of some type of allergy. It is under the watch itself.
Not sure if Samsung is responsible for all allergies everywhere in the world, of course not, but I'm not sure what Samsung can do, thought you should know and it let's me vent a bit. I've not had an allergy on my skin before.
Thank you for reaching out. I would be happy to look into this further for you. Can you please provide me with your full model number, serial number/IMEI, and pictures of the symptom you are experiencing in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2
I got an active 2 recently as well and having rash under the wrist band, like some kind of allergy. What was the solution? I don't have this problem with other watches. I only wear it during the day and now even take it off as much as I can but it lost the purpose of the watch. Thanks
I would be happy to look into your concerns.
