2 days ago, my watch was working fine and had about 50% battery. Randomly, the screen would no longer turn on. Trying to restart the watch by long pressing the bottom button did nothing...just remained on a black screen. It disconnected from my phone, so I have no way to run any diagnostics.
Here is what I have tried:
- Charged overnight on original charger -- nothing happend
- Charged all day on a Samsung Wireless charging pad -- nothing happend
- Tried forcing reboot multiple times both on and off the charger -- nothing happend
I am left with a completely unresponsive Active 2 Watch that will not power on, will not connect to my phone, and only has a black screen. Please help!!

Good Luck! I'm waiting on the same thing with a similar problem. Mine went into an update, bot stuck in the Reboot Mode, then I managed to get it out of reboot mode and it was stuck in the Samsung Pay app and now it won't charge or even turn on. Watch is DOA - and it all started with a Samsung UPDATE!! I feel ripped off, because it was working perfectly before the update.
