I have the official Samsung "Convertible" Fast Wireless charger from 2017 and it's the only device my new Active 2 won't charge on. It charges on my phone and the new external battery back just fine and the wireless charger also charges my phone and ear buds just fine.
Is there a rational reason why those two don't get along?
