I just exchanged my original Galaxy Watch for an Active 2 at Best Buy under my 2 year protection plan.
First thing I did after, take my watch home and ordered a six pack of tempered glass screen protectors for it.
Watch has not been worn once yet.
Get my screen protectors in 2 days. 😁
I learned my lesson with this Gorilla Glass the hard way already.
I just payed ubreakifix $280 to install a new screen on my Note 10+.
I get the dome for that tomorrow, lol.
Got my wife one for Christmas. It was less than 1 week before I started to notice scratches on the face. I would like to return it as I am witihin the 30 day return period. Is that possible? This watch should not scratch this easily.
This version 2 is definitely much more prone to scratching vs. the original version. And Samsung never warned us about this! I used the original version from first launch and its screen stayed perfect without any scratch until I bought the active 2. And soon enough I already have big and small scratches all over. And I'm sure I care more about this active 2. But it simply too easy to get scratch. Terrible design decision from Samsung on this!
