Active 2 readings are all wrong. No Samsung support available

Hello,

 

First of all I would like to mention that Im an ardent fan of Samsung galaxy phones and have been using them for over 5 years. I decided to buy the Active 2 galaxy watch and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Today I was sitting and working till noon and had my watch on charge and the samsung health app said I walked 12000 steps. That is impossible! I hardly walked. The other day it said I burnt 500 calories walking for 10 minutes!!

 

I only had this watch for 2 months and I dont like it. I tried getting support help but the link keeps saying "failed" after I enter my address. The chat is useless too. I want to return this watch, since the fitness part of it is useless. How do I get the attention of customer care. Do they have an email I can use? Please help
