I have an active2 that I purchased from Verizon. It automatically shuts down every time I turn it on. It says it turned off due to overheating. I have tried rebooting multiple times with no success. What can I do to fix it? I need this to work. It is my phone that I use a lot. I am also still paying payments on it. Please Help!!

Here are some steps to get the watch working properly again. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003233/ If the watch continues to power off and show the overheating message, it is recommended the watch be evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky When sending a message, please provide the model code and IMEI number of the watch.
