Active 2 watch screen doesn't work anymore

The screen is completely unresponsive. 

Side buttons work.

I reset it and I can't pair it again with my phone because I can't accept the pairing from the watch.

I can't even read the serial number.

It is the most buggy piece of hardware I've ever seen.
