This morning the screen stopped responding to touch. Apps are opening on their own. Notifications are still going to the watch but I cant touch to access it. The buttons on the side are still working though. I have to turn watch off because it keeps opening and closing apps on its own I did a factory reset and it did not correct the problem.

Please advise, the top 1/3 of the active watch 2 is not receiving touch input rendering the watch un usable i have tried rebooting and reseting the software, a total wipe.
