Active watch 2 ticket

I bought an active 2 watch last year with warranty expires Feb 2021. The screen suddenly became black few weeks ago, sent to Samsung, was replaced and sent back to me. Worked few weeks then broke again, sent end of Dec 2020. Few days later I get a notification and ticket was cancelled and item was returned unrepaired. I have not received the item yet or an explanation about what is going in. I opened another ticket with a promise to get a call back but no one called or emailed me yet. I am tired of waiting for over three weeks without a watch.
