After 1.5yrs (out of warranty of course) me second Active 2 (the first had to be replaced) has started displaying an overheat notice and shuts down. I spent a far amount of time on chat and received a ticket number and now am expected to spend additional time by calling as well. Very frustrating. Is anyone having better luck with the Galaxy 4? Sounds like the battery life is not so good.
After being told it's my problem and I would be charged for repair I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold and disconnected. Apparently I shouldn't expect a $400 watch to last more than 1.5 years. Ridiculous.
