Galaxy WatchThe Active2 update got pushed this morning and I installed it. Since then, my watch is registering phantom touches constantly. If I turn it to check the time, it starts opening apps with links from the home screen. I cannot swipe as it is already detecting a touch input. Samsung support was no help and told me the update couldn't be rolled back and since it was out of warranty, I was basically out of luck. Any ideas on settings that may be causing this? The touch sensitivity is still off.

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out! I understand how frustrating phantom touches are. Have you tried performing a factory reset? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ If the watch is still registering phantom touches after resetting, then it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Galaxy WatchAfter several reboots, exactly 1/2 of my touch screen works, only the left side. I private messaged Samsung and they told me to call a 800, which was for Medicare ... really disappointing.
