Active2 Unsuable After Update

The Active2 update got pushed this morning and I installed it. Since then, my watch is registering phantom touches constantly. If I turn it to check the time, it starts opening apps with links from the home screen. I cannot swipe as it is already detecting a touch input. Samsung support was no help and told me the update couldn't be rolled back and since it was out of warranty, I was basically out of luck. Any ideas on settings that may be causing this? The touch sensitivity is still off.
