Active2 watch doesn't pair with Note8

I got a new Active2(bluetooth only) and tried to pair with my phone Note8. It stuck in last stage 'finishing pairing' for hours. I tried restarting both devices, cleared data and catche in Wearable app. Nothing worked.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Do you have any other devices connected to the phone? Have you tried resetting the Network Settings? Be sure if you do this you have the information to sign back into all of your connections, as they will be deleted.

I have Samsung ear buds connected to too. how do i reset Network setting?

Just a heads up, by resetting the network settings, it will remove all wi-fi and Bluetooth settings you currently have saved. Give these steps a try: 

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings > General management > Reset.
  3. Tap Reset network settings.
  4. Review the info then tap Reset Settings.
  5. To confirm, review the info then tap Reset Settings.

Still didn't pair. It is frustrating. 

Now i am just using without connecting to my phone.

Have you attempted to delete the wearables app an reinstall it?
