Anyone else have problems with their Galaxy Watch inaccurately counting floors climbed?

I've read through a few forums but have yet to find a solution. My Galaxy Watch (purchased in early November) recently ran into a problem where it doesn't count my climbed floors accuratly. For example, just last week it had told me I climbed around 169 floors within about 7,000 steps. In reality, I maybe climbed about 7 floors. I've tinkered with the Alti-Barometer app on the watch as well as called Samsung support. Still no true solution. Anyone have an answer or a simular experience? Thanks!

Mine started doing that last week as well.  It shows I climed 190 floors when I may have done 10.  This morning it shows I climbed 12 floors while I was asleep.  I must be sleep walking now.

I have had the watch only 3 days and mine is doing the opposite and is not registering the floors I'm walking each time. I'm down from  80-90 to 10-20 floors and my step count is down by 15000 - 20000 a day compared to my Fitbit.
